I just haven't had a lot to say. The dh is still in Florida and it's just me and Lola. I haven't been feeling very perky lately. I know it's just a mild depression, but I really don't know how to shake it without moving to Florida to be with the dh...and that's not happening unless absolutely necessary. With our luck, we would pack up and move only to have his deal in Florida fall through and then we'd be screwed!
The one bright spot is that we are going to Key West in about a week! I fly out of Augusta Friday morning to Ft Lauderdale and then we'll drive to the Keys...it should be nice and relaxing! I hope so anyway!
I really miss the dh. I try not to bore my friends and family with it, so I keep it inside. That's probably where the depression comes from, but I hate to whine. I don't want to wallow in it. I need a real hobby! I feel like I'm always on my computer, which is fine when I'm chatting, but sometimes I just play solitaire and I need to get off my duff!
Thanks for listening all of you in cyberland! I do feel a little better...of course it could be the fact that the Sox are currently beating the Yankees! Come on boys, keep it up! I wish Varitek would get out of his slump. His grand slam the other night gave me hope, but his bat has been really quiet. Let's Go Sox!
