A Day Off
I'm off today...while delightful in theory, I have so much to do. I need to pay bills and get my Christmas cards going. I need to trot down to Wally World (Wal Mart for those not in the know), and decorate. I also need to pare down my gift list. The dh says I got a little crazy. :) I'm thinking of just giving gift cards so I don't go crazy with buying stuff...it's soooo easy to get carried away! I LOVE to buy for people. It's the look on their face when I got just the right thing!

I wish I had a day off ... even this weekend I am busy ... 1 game on saturday and 1 on sunday ... PLUS I have to work the penalty box for both games !
Plus work on my cards ... and put up the tree ... and decorate the house ... and clean and cook ... and ... *** i give up already ***
I know how you feel! My next days off are next Thursday and Friday...two in a row! I'll put up my tree this weekend, but I'll probably decorate it next week. I'm doing pink, red and gold ornaments.
are you using the ornaments or decorations from pier 1 ? the pink / red / gold theme I saw in the Pier 1 flyer or online or something ? That is BEAUTIFUL ! I wish I had the time to start all over w/ new decorations ... but I like what I have I guess ...
Yep, that's the stuff...I don't like all of the pink and red stuff, but some of it is awesome...for the world!
