Pizzelles

I don't know how many of you are familiar with this tasty treat, but I'm looking forward to my Gram's this year. For those who don't know what a pizzelle is, it's a tasty wafer type cookie that can have different flavors like lemon and vanilla and you need a special pizzelle iron to make them. My favorite is the classic anise flavor. They're Italian in origin. I found a great website that makes and ships them so I may send some to my in laws until I get a pizzelle maker and make them myself! I wish I lived closer to Gram so she could teach me.
