A Great Bunch of Friends

I have a great bunch of friends that I met on the internet. On the Johnny Damon website to be exact. There are 7 of us going to Boston in August to meet each other and hopefully, JD. We really united when he did the unthinkable and signed with the MFYs. We are now proud members of The Enclave, a very exclusive club. These girls did something really sweet today that meant a lot to me. They named Lola the official mascot of The Enclave. Lola is tickled.
I know people still scoff at meeting people on the internet, but this is different. We all bonded over our common love for JD and the RedSox. I haven't mentioned it yet, but I LOVE the Boston Red Sox. With a passion. I also loved/well still love, JD. We had to stop meeting on the official Johnny Damon website because it became infected with nasty vermin. The worst kind of vermin. Yankee lovers. Ugh. Now anytime we make a comment, some nasty mfyf will make a rude comment. The person in charge of the site in useless. So one of the gals decided to make her own website for those of us who were angry at JD, but still loved him. We have 18 members and we're proud to be so exclusive. I love my friends. They are funny and sweet. We are also a little raunchy. Go figure! We all have different lives and challenges, but our love for JD unites us. We can say what we want and know that we're not being judged. You're never lauged AT, but you are laughed with!
