Dr.'s Appointment Tomorrow

Ugh, I don't want to go to the doc, but I have to go. It's my heart doc, he's in Columbia which is an hour away. He's going to get on me about my weight. I apparently have no will power. I DO need to lose weight this year...I'm sure I'll feel better and get more energy, it's just getting up and starting!
